Pieces that are pre designed will be processed and shipped within 4-7 business days from the date of purchase. Depending on the custom please allow 2-6 weeks for custom orders to be made and processed.
Express Shipping Delivery in 2-4 working days with an increased fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages 
Denem assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. 
We recommend using the tracking services provided by UPS and USPS to avoid any lost of stolen packages. 
Returns & Exchanges 
Please note that all sales at Denem are final—we advise you to carefully consider each one of a kind piece before purchasing.
We do accept exchanges in order to move up or down sizes.

providing your order number, first and last name and what size you would like to exchange for.
